Mondays: 3 - 7
Tuesdays: 8:30 -  5:30
Wednesdays:  11-8
Thursdays:  8:30 - 5:30
Fridays:  10 - 4

Every other Saturday of the month: 10:30 - 3

Massage Therapy and Skin Care

Mondays Only Massage Therapy 10:30 - 8

Tuesdays - Saturdays: 11-7:30 

(Late and early appointments may be accomodated, please check availability)

Yoga Hours:

Mondays 11am-8pm  / Tuesdays 11am-8pm

 Thursdays 11am-5pm / Fridays 11am-8pm

Cancellation & Tardiness Policy:

We ask that all clients who wish to cancel an existing appointment please do so with at least 24 hours advanced notice. No-shows and missed appointments are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

Clients who are  late for an appointment by 15 minutes or more are subject to forfeitting their appointment time at full cost.
